Underrated Stretch
Some call it the Playboy stretch, yet it's pretty good at helping inflexible people get a stretch on the gluteals and the sacral/lumbar area. By hooking the hand on the knee (shown in video) you can even get a nice little lat and mid-thoracic stretch. The Playboy stretch is more of a gateway to improve flexibility enough to do some better stretches, but it's still a good stretch that can be employed quickly at the gym.
