Winter Woodland Photography

Autumn is usually considered to be the best time to photograph woodlands, but I'm also a big fan of winter, when the branches are bare and silent, and misty mornings create some lovely opportunities for creating images. I probably won't have many more opportunities to photograph this woodland that is local to me in Oxfordshire before we make the move to Scotland, so when we had some lovely misty conditions just before Christmas, I decided to make the most of it.
