Born in Naples, into a family of non-musicians, he started playing the piano as an improviser at the age of three and made his début as a child prodigy, at the age of seven, at the Maurizio Costanzo Show, one of the most popular Italian TV programs. Only at this age, he started taking regular piano lessons under the guidance of prof. Carlo Alessandro Lapegna and prof. Pasquale Ruggiero for harmony and history of music.
He took his Master Degree with the highest distinction from the Conservatorio di Musica "G. Verdi" in Milan. He continued his studies with prof. Vincenzo Balzani and developed his music skills at music courses where he worked with such artists as Boris Petrushansky, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, Marcello Abbado, Sergio Perticaroli, Enrico Pace, Aldo Ciccolini, Leonid Margarius, Leonel Morales and Vsevolod Dvorkin. Moreover, he attended the Senior Course under the guide of Prof. Piero Rattalino, at the International Piano Academy "Incontri col Maestro" of Imola.
He is laureate of numerous national and international piano competitions, among others: Rotary Competition for young musical talents, National Piano Competition "Lia Tortora” of Latina, International Piano Competition "Roma 2006", International Piano Competition "Vietri sul Mare", International Competition "Città di Caserta - Belvedere di San Leucio", European Contest for Young Musicians "Luigi Denza", European Grand Prize "Mendelssohn Cup".
He carries on an intense concert activity which makes him play in important European venues and festivals, among others: Archaelogical Museum, Chopin Hall and Napolitano Hall in Naples, Teatro Parioli in Rome, Teatro Romano in Benevento Dino Ciani Festival, Teatro Verdi in Salerno, Palazzo Doria Panphili in Valmontone, Palazzo Albrizzi in Venice, Circolo "A.Volta”, Auditorium Gaber, Palazzo Cusani and Sala Puccini in Milan and Stresa Festival, Atanasov Concert Hall of Pazardijk, Moerdijkzaal of Zevenbergen.
He has been invited to play for the Associazione Dino Ciani, Associazione Napolinova, Associazione Rotary International, Ravello Concert Society, “William Walton” Foundation - Ischia, A.Gi.Mus, Società dei concerti di Milano.
In 2009 he played at the concert in honour of the birthday of Elizabeth II, organized by the Dino Ciani Association, at the NATO base in Solbiate Olona.
In 2010 he has been invited to play for the International Holocaust Remembrance Day at the Prefect of Benevento.
In the same year, during the 21st International “Dino Ciani” Stresa Festival, he got the plates "Dino Ciani in the World 2010", "Plate of Talents 2010 with the Venetians in the World" and "Plate of the Crown 2010".
During the years, he always gave benefits concerts in schools and hospitals.
Recently, he played at Teatro Politeama in Catanzaro, "Concert for Peace, a bridge with Bethlehem", in front of Bethlehem Maire and all political authorities of Catanzaro district and Calabria region. He forms a piano duo with Elena Piccione.
He's founder and Artistic Director of Mozart Association in Benevento and vice-chairman of the National Head of Mozart Italia Association, in Rovereto. His young pupils are prizewinners in international piano competitions. He is member of the jury of many national and international competitions. He's piano professor at Cercola Institute for Music and Theatre “A. Custra”.
