I realized after uploading that I accidentally removed a clip for the last example with the Amazon page for the 5 in 1 Engineering pen, it was basically just to say that if you see an Amazon page in the SERP for a keyword that links to a product page, it is usually easy to rank for still. The Amazon pages that have managed to take positions from my blogs are all like the ones that are reviews from the example earlier in the video.

Free Competition Keyword Analysis Method - Up Your Keyword Research To Get Google Traffic!

In this video, I go over my keyword research competitor analysis method of how I try to best predict if I will be able to rank my blog post article in the top three of Googles search engine results page to pull traffic from Google via SEO. As I mention in the video, competition keyword analysis is essentially the second part of any good keyword research method with the first part being keyword acquisition and I link to my video covering that at the top of the video description.

Although I do recommend that you purchase some cheap keywords everywhere credits, you can do this method for free if you use the Keyword Surfer plugin for your search traffic predictions. This method is highly efficient for affiliate based keywords and it is based on the process I have used for my existing Amazon affiliate blogs that I use to earn my income.

I keep seeing people reaching out and asking for the best keyword competition analysis tool and in all honesty, I think they are all overpriced and not needed. The Google search engine results page can provide you everything you need if you use the Moz Bar Plugin and you put the time and effort in to actually do the Keyword Research. I have tried the AHRefs keyword research tool as well as the majority of the other tools on the market now and this method has proven to be better for me.

One thing that I would quickly add is that keyword research for SEO traffic from search engines from Google is not an exact science and sometimes, you can go for a low competition keyword and for whatever reason, you will never rank. This is known as the random ranking factor and although it does not seem to happen much these days, it used to be pretty common in 2015-2018.

Anyway, I hope that this video will help some of my viewers not waste their money on a premium keyword research tool and that these keyword research tips will help you get your blog articles ranked in Google and pull some traffic. The example keywords in the video show both things that you should be looking for as well as things you should be trying to avoid and help you get an idea of what kind of keywords you should be targeting from now on, especially if you don't want to be building backlinks.
