Truck Camping: What would I change about my set up?

Through 3 months on the road I have had plenty of time to determine what aspects of my set-up have worked well and which parts have not worked so well. This video highlights the good and bad.

Some of the things I love about my setup are the folding table, the tailgate access door, and the full extension drawer (with the stove top extension).

Some of the things I would consider changing if I rebuilt are the cargo net, my clothing storage and the height of my bed. Lowering the height of my bed would give me much more head room above my bed.
