Ginza in 150 Seconds ● 銀座

► Ginza is known as an upscale area of Tokyo with tons of department stores, restaurants & cafés, and it's located in eastern part of Tokyo. Ginza is recognized as one of the most luxurious shopping districts in the world, and every selfrespecting fashionhouse has a flagship store located here and/or in Omote Sando - the other high-end area of Tokyo. My personal favorite places of this area are the Sony Showroom Bldg., Matsuya dept. store and Denmark - The Royal Cafe. I'd say a visit to Tokyo is incomplete without visiting Ginza, even if the budget only allows for window-shopping and relaxing over a cup of matcha, while trying to spot some of the backdrops of the "Lost in translation"-movie.
