INGREDIENTS :

🥢 For the sauce :
🛢️ 1 tbsp chilli oil
💦 1 tbsp vinegar
🖤 2 tbsp soy sauce
🤍 1 tbsp sesame seeds
🌱 2 tbsp spring onions (chopped)
🥜 1 tbsp peanut butter

🥢 For the bowl :

🍜 1 pack ramen noodles
🤍 100g paneer (sliced)
🥟 6-8 veg momos
🧀 1 cheese slice (or grated)
🌽 ¼ cup boiled corn
🥕 carrots
❤️ Extra chilli oil & sesame seeds

METHOD :

1️⃣ Make the sauce: In a bowl, mix chilli oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, spring onions, and peanut butter. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook paneer: Heat oil + chilli oil in a pan. Fry paneer slices until golden. Keep aside.
3️⃣ Pan-fry momos: In the same pan, roast momos until crispy. Set aside.
4️⃣ Boil noodles: Cook noodles in water, strain, and keep ready.
5️⃣ Assemble : In the pan, add the prepared sauce, cooked noodles, and toss for 2-3 mins.
6️⃣ Serve hot: Transfer to a bowl. Top with cheese, paneer, momos, corn, carrots, and a drizzle of chilli oil. Slurp time! 💛
