Sailing Through The Winter Solstice Floating Light Display 3D 180 VR

This 3D 180 VR video provides a visit to the “Sailing Through The Winter Solstice”, an annual floating light display at Carroll Creek Park in Frederick, MD. Every year, Carroll Creek Park is filled with individually designed lighted sailboats. This floating light installation sets sail in November and remains on display through February.
