उत्तर प्रदेश के महमूदाबाद की रहने वाली निहारिका विश्वकर्मा की Motivational Story हम सबको सुननी चाहिए.
लड़की होने की वजह से उन पर सामाजिक प्रतिबंध लगाने की पूरी कोशिश की गई, पर ऐसे माहौल में रहते हुए भी अपूर्वा ने Goverment Officer बनने का सपना देखा और UPPSC की तैयारी करने लगी.

Goverment Service का Exam देते समय उन्हें कई बार Failure का सामना करना पड़ा और वो लगातार 3 बार Fail हुई, पर उन्होंने Give Up नहीं किया और लगातार Hard Work करती रहीं.
उनका यही focus उन्हें Success के दरवाज़े तक लेकर आया और UPPCS Exam 2020 में उन्होंने Top किया.
आज निहारिका District programme officer हैं और दूसरी लड़कियों के लिए प्रेरणा हैं.

Struggles are part of life. People don’t achieve success overnight. It is always a product of many years’ struggle and people who fight challenges with all their strength and willpower to achieve success in their life.

Niharika’s story is one such story of struggle to success. Niharika always wanted to become a Govt. Officer.
However, due to poor financial conditions she had to face a lot of struggles and hardships. Niharika was managing his studies and family responsibilities from a very young age. But that didn't stop her from working hard towards her goal.
When he finished her college education, she started preparing for civil services.
She started giving govt. exam and failed 3 times.
Even after, failing in many attempts, she didn’t lose hope and cleared the exam. Today she is appointed as District programme officer.
