starting a smoothie detox + what I eat in a day to lose weight | Day In My Life

DISCLAIMER: I use the term detox loosely and made it seem like this detox is the only thing that works to cleanse the body. The LIVER does that and the body is 100% equipped to detox the body. When I say “detoxing” and “cleaning” I mean more like eliminating bad things like processed foods, junk food, alcohol, etc. and consuming more fruits and veggies. The liver and your body does all the detoxing! My goal with this is to eat healthier and feed my body more nutrients so that I can have more energy and feel less bloated, sluggish, etc. Sorry if I wasn’t clear about that. This detox is NOT meant as a replacement to what the body is already capable of :)
