UAVs from Army and Air Force tag team at Exercise Wallaby 2022

For the first time, drones from @OurSingaporeArmy and @TheRSAF paired up to give our soldiers a better picture and an edge in battlefield. With advanced imaging sensors, the Army’s VELOCE 15 mini-UAV and the RSAF’s Heron 1 were linked using newly developed technology, and they worked hand in hand to turn concept into reality in the vast training space of the Shoalwater Bay Training Area, where over 4000 SAF troops are taking part in Exercise Wallaby 2022.
