Khatti Meethi Methi Sabzi | Ayurvedic Veg Recipe | Boost Digestion Naturally

Methi Dane ki Khatti Meethi Sabji – Quick Recipe

Ingredients:

100g methi dana (fenugreek seeds)

10–12 garlic cloves (crushed)

2–3 dry red chilies

1 chopped raw mango (kacchi kairi)

2 tbsp mustard oil

1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin

1 tsp Kashmiri red chili, ½ tsp haldi, ½ tsp dhaniya powder

Salt to taste

100g jaggery (gud), 1 cup water

Steps:

Soak methi dana for 4–6 hrs. Drain, boil in water for 5 mins, and strain.

Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, garlic, and chilies.

Add spices and chopped raw mango. Cook with a splash of water till soft.

Add boiled methi dana and dry roast on low flame till oil separates.

Add 1 cup water, let it simmer 5 mins, then add jaggery.

Cook uncovered for 10 mins till thick and glossy.

Serve hot with roti or paratha!
