Here’s a solid chest workout that targets all areas: upper, middle, and lower chest. You can adjust based on your fitness level and whether you’re at the gym or home.

Gym Chest Workout (Push Day)

Barbell Bench Press – 4 sets of 6–10 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press – 3 sets of 8–12 reps

Chest Dips (weighted if possible) – 3 sets of 10–12 reps

Cable Flyes – 3 sets of 12–15 reps

Push-ups (Burnout set) – 2 sets to failure

Home Chest Workout (No Equipment)

Standard Push-ups – 4 sets of 15–20 reps

Incline Push-ups (feet elevated) – 3 sets of 12–15 reps

Wide Push-ups – 3 sets of 12–15 reps

Decline Push-ups – 3 sets of 10–12 reps

Diamond Push-ups (for inner chest/triceps) – 2 sets to failure
