Is aging inevitable? Our assumptions say yes, but as the science of longevity grows that answer, may, in fact, be no. By modifying diet, lifestyle factors, and using targeted therapies we may be the last generation of humans to experience life as we know it. and soon we may be able to stop it all together. Learn the first steps you can take towards a longer and healthier life so you can have a greater impact on the world. Obsessed with human longevity and optimization. Loves coffee. Hypercurious. Offensively excited about life. One of those crazy people who run Spartans. On a mission to cure aging. Plays with fabric and swords. Aspiring geneticist.
