We Went To Ireland For Halloween | Derry Halloween

This is the first time we have ever celebrated Halloween in our entire lives (both of us) so we decided to head out to the biggest Halloween festival in the world - at Derry-Londerry in Northern Ireland.

We just flew into Dublin, Ireland and to keep with the theme of Halloween we decided to book ourselves into a haunted and spooky castle - Castle Clontarf.

The next morning we started making our way to Derry-Londonderry in Northern Ireland but we needed to visit our first pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin, carve him up and make our new road trip buddy - Frankie.

We also had one more stop at The Glyde Inn & Linn Duachaill Restaurant to grab some clam chowder and fish and chips.

After just over 3 hours of driving from Dublin we have arrived in Derry for the Halloween festivities.

After grabbing our costumes for the event, we headed out to the "Legenderry" food festival to grab a snack to eat before heading out to The Jungle NI to visit our first ever horror / spooky house.
