An epic snowmobile winter tour to Manpupuner | Come and visit the Urals, Russia #11

In February 2020 we made several snowmobile expeditions to Manpupuner so we managed to make a couple of films about our expeditions and we are happy to be sharing them with you.
Winter tour to Manpupuner: to the weathering pillars of Komi Republic on snowmobiles.

The Manpupuner rock formations (“Seven Giants” or “7 Strong Men” or “Poles of the Komi Republic”) are 7 randomly shaped stone pillars of weathering located inside the Pechora-Ilych Nature Reserve, the Northern Ural, Russia. The site was inscribed on Unesco’s World Heritage List in 1995. The rock formations were designated as one of the Seven Wonders of Russia. The Mansi call this place “Mountain of Idols” and they consider it sacred. This is surely one of the Russian Must See Locations.

We offer you to visit the Manpupuner plateau both in winter and in summer using our helicopters, ATVs or snowmobiles.
