NO INTROS Don Quixote Inspired Barre | Intermediate Advanced Ballet Class | Kathryn Morgan

This is the "no intros or talking" version of my barre that is inspired by the ballet 'Don Quixote". It's still my 'barre with no barre" for strength, stamina, and technique, but with a Don Q flair! I hope you have fun while doing this class. It's great to change it up and add the artistry to the hard work!
