Grass Lake Village is located in a great location in West Olympia. You are in the hub of parks, retail shops, restaurants, freeway access, Capitol Medical Center and schools including Capital High School and The Evergreen State College. Although I’d call this a semi-urban location, the neighborhood lends a welcoming atmosphere with its sidewalks and waterfall fountain entrance. This neighborhood is a mix of single family homes and townhomes. Streets are narrow but that encourages slower driving.
