1. It’s all about technique❌- it’s not. Yes technique is important, but it’s the application of good singing to emoting and artistry that the fireworks will go off 🎆
2. You should put yourself out there for any opportunity possible- ❌NOPE. Opportunity needs to be aligned and right for you and your lifestyle.
3. More degrees/paid programs are the answer❌ 😏😏 my least favorite because this is what keeps academia in business and also the pay to sing young artist circuit. Sometimes it makes sense to go get another diploma or certificate…but a lot of the time it… doesn’t 🥸 there are so many great voice teachers out there that offer ala carte lessons, a way more affordable way to continue progress.
