Semiconductors in the U.S.-China Tech Dispute
November 2, 2020 — Asia Society Northern California hosts a discussion on the role of semiconductors in the U.S.-China tech dispute featuring a keynote address from Dan Wang, technology analyst at Gavekal Dragonomics. The keynote was followed by a panel discussion with Jimmy Goodrich, vice president of Global Policy at the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA); Derek Scissors, resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI); Willy Shih, Robert and Jane Cizik professor of management practice in business administration at Harvard Business School; and Clete Willems, partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
