Welcome to our QiCM introduction to YIN-YANG
You might be familiar with the Yin Yang symbol, but did you know it can be used to understand the natural world, how our bodies function, and life in general? In this way, Yin-yang is also an essential part of understanding Chinese Medicine. That’s why we wanted to make this video for you!
In this video we’ll look at the Taijitu, aka the Yin-Yang Symbol, basic characteristics of Yin vs Yang and the four aspects of the Yin-Yang Relationship.
