In this video we are looking at a Trick used by players and composers since time began.
Take an existing lick.
Copy the phrasing.
But use different notes.
I'll play three famous licks by Paul Kossoff, Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton, then make up some new licks using their phrasing
In part one you'll hear each classic lick and the 'new licks' twice, then in part two I'll play them once at regular speed and once slowly.
