The XR600R is a very popular off-road motorcycle with an air-cooled single cylinder, four-stroke engine. The XR600r was manufactured by Honda from 1985 to 2000 and is becoming very collectable.

Engine displacement is 591 cc with four valves and a single camshaft. The XR600R has a dry sump lubrication system. Compression is 9.0:1 and a bore/stroke of 97 × 80 mm. The carburettor a 39 mm piston-valve unit.

Join me to see if I can get the XR600R going. Will it run or will it die?

* Penetrating oil mix which I made in the video is 20% Acetone and 80% cooking oil
