Runaway school bus captured on video

AITKIN COUNTY, Minnesota (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Nearly a dozen kids are okay after a deputy's quick-thinking stopped a runaway school bus.Dash camera captured the terrifying moments.This was Wednesday afternoon in Aitkin County, Minnesota.The bus driver was having a medical emergency and couldn't pull over. You see the bus weave back and forth at about 40-miles an hour in the video above.At one point it goes into a ditch, almost tips over, and then somehow drives back onto the road. The deputy did what she could to warn oncoming traffic.One driver though had to kick it into reverse to avoid a head-on collision.The state trooper eventually used stop sticks to get the bus to stop.The driver was rushed to the hospital.The entire incident lasted about 14 minutes and five and a half miles.
