About this, ASP Crime Branch Rashmi Mishra said, "We had received an informant informing that 2 youths in the Pipalani area are going to bring a consignment of counterfeit notes. After which, police raided the said place and drove two young men. The fake notes of five to five hundred were recovered in the possession of these two. These two youths are named Sonu Rai and Sonu Kushwaha.
You would be surprised to know that the boys, named Sonu Rai, have read only in the 8th class. In the inquiry, Sonu told that he used to do the work of making the first Aadhar card. Once he was given a fake note of 500 rupees. But Sonu let him in the market somehow.
After this he bought paper, scanners, color etc. and opened the factory to make fake notes. Police said that fake notes of around 70 thousand have been recovered from the two youths. At the moment, the police has arrested both, and has started further proceedings.
