How To Invest In Property Away From Where You Live... In A New Goldmine Area
So let's be honest...
Whilst I am ALWAYS advising people to invest in property "within an hour's drive of where they live"... sometimes this doesn't make sense!
Why?
Well, often it's simply the cost of local properties... the deals just don't stack up!
But it could also be that your Goldmine Area is perhaps a few hours drive from where you live and to invest there is simply the clever strategic thing to do!
More and more often I have to say I'm advising people to do just this, during my Strategy Coaching Calls, OBVIOUSLY, depending on their particular circumstances and the goals they have set for themselves.
