Here’s to getting your glow on in winter💁🏾‍♀️
Week 2 Smoothie is the ‘Get Your Glow On’ Smoothie that will nourish your skin from the inside!
You will need: — 1 cup McCain Garden Spinach
— 1 banana
— 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
— ½ avocado
— 150 coconut water
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Top tip: The combination of spinach (vitamin A), avocado (healthy good-for-you fats) and pumpkin seeds (which contain magnesium for improved mood and sleep, and manganese, which plays a role in collagen production and promotes skin health), means you get all the nutrients you need for a healthy, glowing skin.
