Possible PILOT DEVIATION. Left WING IMPACTED the ground on landing | Mitsubishi MU-300 | Henderson

THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:

09-JAN-2021. A Mitsubishi MU-300, registration N442EA, performing flight from Nogales international airport, NV (USA) to Henderson executive airport, NV (USA) during approach to Henderson airport ignored instructions of the air traffic controller and made a hard landing. According the FAA report, the left wing of the aircraft impacted the ground on landing.

COMMENTS: Flight path may be a bit not accurate.
N442EA: Tower Henderson, is N442EA, downwind RW to 17R.
TOWER: Mitsubishi 442EA, Henderson Tower, you appear to be headed inbound toward right downwind. I need you to make a right turn. Proceed inbound of the east side of the airport for left traffic of RW 17R. Report when field left downwind.
N442EA: …EA.
TOWER: Mitsubishi 2EA, you’re still headed inbound for right traffic, turn right.
N442EA: Turn right.
TOWER: Mitsubishi 2EA, I don’t see you turning right. Make a right turn. Hold up your right hand, turn in that direction.

TOWER: County 25, Henderson Tower, proceed as requested.
GROUND VEHICLE: Copied that, proceeding as requested, County 25.
N442EA: Henderson, is correct to the… This position for N442EA.
TOWER: N2EA, make a right turn on taxiway A and a left turn on taxiway F to the ramp.
N442EA: Turn right to A and F to the ramp.
TOWER: County 25, verify, you are on the runway?

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
