1951 Ford F1 Field Find Will it Run?

I bought this 1951 Ford F1 pickup truck at a yard sale and it had been sitting for over 20 years. I had not even looked at the engine assuming the old Flathead would be seized, cracked or just plain junk. After having it home and find it out the engine turned over, it was a no brainer to try and see what it would or wouldn't do!
