Small improvement on Leatherman Free P4, adding extra spacers

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT PIVOTS NEED TO ENTER TOP SCALE.
Also, from the 3rd time i opened the tool i encountered issues, mainly scissor touching the pliers. Something went wrong in my case(and i don't know what) , be carefull.
Later edit: i sourced some brass spacers and put them in place, thumbnail is updated with the latest washers.
LE: spacers should be wide than thumnnail to keep implements alligned.

The spacers will make the opening a little smoother. I can bet my Free P4 that further iterations will have the spacers, and probably a bigger tool pivot.
