I understand that the trend can be seen as toxic because it gets people to 'strive for perfection but there is a correct way - focusing on integrating only a few things at a time from this video into your daily life and building on those habits.

In this video, I take you along with me on my productive morning routine! I recently read a book called ''The Miracle Morning' (The 6 habits that will transform your life before 8am) and it allowed me to see my morning from a slightly different perspective. I used to stress myself out because there were so many things I wanted to fit into each morning. However, I learned that doing a little bit at a time adds up! That's why I decided to share with you the Life S.A.V.E.R.S routine. It has helped me a lot.
You can take inspo from this video and trend for your summer morning routine, winter morning routine, school morning routine. And you could even practice Life S.A.V.E.R.S in your night routine.

S - Scribing (writing, journaling)
I also show you some healthy, vegan (and still yummy) breakfast ideas! I made oats with a topping of fruit, Avocado toast, and the BEST peanut butter banana smoothie.
