What I Ate Today: My Favorite Indulgent Plant-based Meals

You don't have to eat junk food to satisfy your cravings. When I'm feeling extra stressed or anxious, I turn to MY version of healthy vegan comfort food recipes! For something sweet, I always opt for a pink smoothie bowl or nice cream, and for something salty and savory, I go for a curry that's loaded with spices in a rich, creamy coconut or cashew-based sauce.
