What I Ate Today: My Favorite Indulgent Plant-based Meals
You don't have to eat junk food to satisfy your cravings. When I'm feeling extra stressed or anxious, I turn to MY version of healthy vegan comfort food recipes! For something sweet, I always opt for a pink smoothie bowl or nice cream, and for something salty and savory, I go for a curry that's loaded with spices in a rich, creamy coconut or cashew-based sauce. Another tip that helps me to curb unhealthy cravings is to hyper-nourish my body and cells with colorful living foods, so my Raw Rainbow Pad Thai is perfect for that. The more you nourish and "feed" your cells, the less "hungry" your cells will be, and the less cravings you'll have.
