Major Organized Retail Theft Investigation

Sheriff Grady Judd and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody are discussing a major Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigation involving suspects who operated in at least 13 states throughout the US. In Florida, thefts have been documented in 18 judicial circuits and 39 different counties. The criminal organization primarily targeted a large US retailer. The cases are being prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office of Statewide Prosecution
