windows 10 PC won't recognize my headphones and microphone devices

FIX YOUR WINDOWS 10 AND ANY WINDOWS PC PROBLEM.
I got having trouble lately when I am trying to connect my headphones to my computer. So I go to the internet I search for every possible solution that I can find. It actually didn't solve my problem. And what I did is do some research and find what I can do. here it is.
