5. 1:11 - Bench Hops
6. 1:24 - Bulgarian Split Squat
7. 1:40 - Hip Thrusts
8. 1:57 - Split Squat With Side Kick
9. 2:13 - Triceps Dips
10. 2:27 - Reverse Crunches
