Help! Is this a RUSSIAN or UKRAINIAN Ration? Taste Test - Meal Ready to Eat RUSSIA MRE

Initially, I thought this was a Russian ration because Katie (thanks, Katie 🤗) who sent it to me said it was, but when I attempted to translating it from Russian using the Google Translate app it didn't work...but Ukrainian did. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Slavic language experts, help!
