Veg Noodles Recipe in Hindi | वेज हक्का नूडल्स रेसिपी | Vegetable Hakka Noodles Recipe

Take a walk down any busy street and the smell of Chinese street food will call you from anywhere. But, one fact that we all know is that it may be great for the tongue and senses but not for the health. So, in this video, Our dear Priyadarshini Gupta shows you how to make delicious street styled Veg Hakka Noodles to kill your Hunger Pangs for Chinese cravings

Cooking Time 25-30 Minutes
Calories: Approx. 370/ Bowl

Ingredients:

2 TSBP Oil
1 Chopped Onion
6-7 finely chopped green beans
1/2 finely chopped capsicum
1 chopped carrot
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 Packet of boiled hakka noodles
2-4 Tsp soya Sauce
1 Tsp Red chilli Sauce
1 Tso Green chilli sauce
2-4 Tsp White cooking vinegar
1-2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Crushed pepper and spring onions

Method:

Heat a pan and add 2 TBSP Oil. You can use any oil of your choice. Add 1 Chopped Onion and let it cook for 2 minutes till it turns pinkish. Make sure that the vegetables being used have a crispy texture so as to enjoy your hakka noodles better. Add 6-7 finely chopped green beans, 1/2 finely chopped capsicum, 1 chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped cabbage and mix well. Cover the lid and let it cook for 2-4 minutes. Add 1 packet of Boiled Hakka Noodles. Pre boil the noodles by using water, salt and 1 tsp oil. Add different sauces after this. 2-4 Tsp soya Sauce, 1 Tsp Red chilli Sauce, 1 Tso Green chilli sauce, 2-4 Tsp White cooking vinegar. Make sure to use white cooking vinegar instead of malt vinegar. Even Rice vinegar can be used. Malt vinegar is used in Continental dishes and Rice/White vinegar is used in Chinese dishes. 1-2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce. You can make the dish even without Worcestershire Sauce. Add a pinch of salt. Fry for some time so that the ingredients mix well. Garnish with crushed pepper and spring onions.
