2023 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting

Members of Congress are gathering Tuesday evening for the annual U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. The tree is a 63-foot Norway spruce from the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia. Participants include House Speaker Mike Johnson, West Virginia Representatives Carol Miller and Alexander Mooney, and Senators Shelley Moore Capito and Joe Manchin.
