Vigilante Groups in Mexico Are Enforcing Lockdown to Stop Coronavirus

The state of Guerrero in Mexico has been hit hard by COVID-19. Police and military units are having to patrol the streets to break up gatherings. Community militias have also stepped in to prevent the disease from spreading.
