77% of the population with the toughest restrictions are in northern and central England with only 10% of the toughest restrictions affecting those in the south. Following Dr Chris Whittey revealing that we are allowed to see our families this Christmas but that we shouldn't hug our elderly relatives, Dr Amir reveals how he shares that advice and that the NHS are very nervous about this 5 day Christmas period. Dr Amir explains how he understands the physiological need of the country to have this 5 day break, however the Government's Christmas plans are political and not scientific.
