OSCP Exam Preparation Guide - How to best prepare for the exam

My long awaited exam prep guide of the OSCP / PWK / Pen-200 course. This is how I passed with 100 points in ~12 hours. Some things I suggest aren't really talked about much in the community and they were extremely helpful for me, I hope you find it that way too.

Note: It has been requested that I cover Reporting, but there isnt much to go over here (and it didn't make the final cut). Simply put, capture key screenshots of information and exploits as well as your proof and IP output. Write out step by step how this was done and be thorough. You can use the Template on the OffSec website.
