How To Do Medicine Ball Lunge with Twist | Exercise Demo

This exercise demo shows how to perform the Lunge with Twist with correct form

Holding a medicine ball in both hands at chest level. Take a large step forwards with one leg and dip down into a deep lunge so that your back knee comes in to close contact to the ground. Once in the lunge position Twist your torso to one side bringing the medicine ball out to the side of you. Twist back to centre and return to the starting position. Repeat the movement on the opposing side for an even workout by lunging with the opposing leg and twisting in the opposing direction.
