Complaining on LinkedIn can hurt your job search because first impressions matter. If a recruiter or hiring manager goes to your profile and sees a ton of negative posts, especially posts bashing recruiters and hiring managers, that's not a great first impression.

Instead, you need to strategically leverage LinkedIn to create a positive first impression through your posts and comments.
