Last week i search a new song for cardio in my class. I search new and find old. I go crazy with this song and enjoy a lot and of course the students to. High energy and high intensity and so easy to follow. And of course the freestyle - hair - and air guitar part brings a lot of fun. While we record we messed up like onethousend times because we where all the time joking and laughing. But i love this natural human thing. So i hope you realize the choreo and you like it. Try it and you will see and feel.
