update on my 6 axis robot arm. testing diffential gear mechanism for end effector

Aim of this project is to develop very low cost 6 axis robot arm, that can be used for many applications like coffee making machine automation,doing simple pick and place etc.

target cost is less than 50000 INR.

this video I have tested the joint 3,4,5 and 6. joint 5 and 6 are differential mechanism for the end effector. It helps to reduce the weight at the end effector.

gear used are cheap plastic ones for testing purposes ,later on I will be replacing them with more accurate gears.
