Janice Byrne, PhD in Management, is assistant professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at IESEG School of Management. Her research on entrepreneurship deals with gender, work life balance and educational support and often appears in international conferences, academic texts and journals.

Janice is also the academic director of Led By Her an association which provides entrepreneurship training and support to women survivors of domestic violence and extenuating personal circumstances.
