Cheese delivery service “Cheese Therapy” gains cult following

Sky News host Alan Jones has spoken with Sam Penney, founder of Cheese Therapy, an online cheese delivery service in Queensland which gained a cult following amid drastic bushfire circumstances earlier this year.

“Australia punches well above its weight in producing some of the finest cheeses in the world,” Mr Jones said.

“Cheese therapy went to the rescue of cheesemakers affected by the bushfires last summer."

Mr Jones said the delivery service has gained such a cult following it is “creating jobs and supporting dairy farmers, selling three times as much cheese in August as it did for the entire of 2019.”

“We deliver cheese absolutely everywhere in Australia,” Mr Penney said.

Cheese Therapy are also donating money from cheese packages being sold to support the Just Like Jack charity which helps children with disabilities and gives them a “greater lease on life”, according to Mr Penney.
