Today I will share one of simple ways to grow Microgreens in coconut shell with coconut coir/ coco peat at home.
Microgreens are rich in nutrients and richer in protein, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and vitamins C and K than non-germinated plants. Microgreens contain a lot of vitamins A, C, E, and carotene, which are effective antioxidants that help detoxify the body and increase resistance for users.
The most important to grow microgreens are moisture and water. I watering every 2 times per day and put it in the dry place, put the towel to cover it for the first 2 days, then after that no need to cover. After 5-7 days, the microgreens can be harvested.
Microgreens mix can be used to cook from soup to mix salads are amazing recipes.

Hôm nay mình sẽ chia sẽ một trong những cách đơn giản và thân thiện với môi trường để trồng rau mầm xanh trong gáo dừa tại nhà.
Cải rau mầm xanh chứa rất nhiều chất dinh dưỡng, giàu protein, folate, magiê, phốt pho, mangan và vitamin C và K hơn so với thực vật chưa nảy mầm. Trong rau mầm có chứa nhiều vitamin A, C, E, Caroten… Là những chất chống oxy hóa hữu hiệu giúp giải độc cơ thể, tăng sức đề kháng cho người dùng.
Trồng rau mầm quan trọng nhất là độ ẩm và nước. Mình tưới nước mỗi ngày 2 lần vào sáng và chiều tối và để nơi ráo, lấy khăn đậy lại trong 2 ngày đầu để cây nảy nầm ra lá, sau đó không cần đậy khăn lại và để nơi thoáng mát. Sau 5-7 ngày rau mầm có thể thu hoạch được rồi.
Cải rau mầm xanh có thể dùng để nấu canh, trộn gỏi, làm salad đều rất ngon.
