Warning: This video contains distressing content.
In December 2021, 6 families shared their stories at a parliamentary inquiry into NSW's proposed Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) legislation. All speakers had witnessed loved ones suffer as they died.
Abbey's partner Jayde died of cervical cancer aged 32. "Just having that comfort in the cupboard would have made a world of difference to Jayde."
NSW is the only state without a Voluntary Assisted Dying law. Contact your Upper House MPs. Urge them to support the NSW VAD Bill. To contact your MP, visit: https://dwdnsw.good.do/MLCDelay/March22/
