Installation: Plastic to Metal oil replacement oil pan for MK7 Golf R/GTI

It's such a relief to have a metal pan again with a real drain plug. I've also updated the standard plug to a magnetic Goldplug and further improves the the life of the engine by removing the small metal shavings.

Correction on the ft/lbs: ~11-12 ft/lb for all hex bolts holding the pan and the oil level sensor 3 bolts. 22 ft/lbs of the magnetic drain plug.

Changed my oil after 8k miles. No leaks, no rust on the pan, and in perfect working order.
